I started collecting coins and currency in 1962. By 1973, I was a part-time dealer and have been totally involved ever since. I have had businesses in Maine, Texas, Japan, Illinois and North Dakota. I also spent 25 years Active duty in the United States Air Force retiring in 2001. The first half of my career I was in the Pharmacy career field and the last 10 years, I spent serving the enlisted forces as an United States Air Force First Sergeant.
I personally collect and actively buy Maine Nationals and Obsoletes, along with all Maine tokens. I also collect tokens from Grand Forks County, North Dakota and SOFSPRA Car Wash Tokens, and Horse Car tokens. I have to draw the line somewhere !! I always enjoy talking to beginning and advanced collectors with like-minded interests.
