Thanks for taking the time to visit Attic Treasures Books and Gifts. Since the late '60's I have been interested in sharing Christian tapes and booklets with friends. My first tapes I loaned to friends were reel-to-reel...anyone remember them? Later when cassettes came out I quickly copied my old reel-to-reel sermons to cassettes and started an informal ministry then called Christian Tape Ministry (Now that was an original name). One of my favorites teachers then was Dr S. Lewis Johnson of Dallas Seminary. While in the military I volunteered part-time for two years as a Christian bookstore clerk, with two Navy budies Billy Musgrove and Bob Gustavson, just to get the experience and work with the materials. I someday planned to have my own Christian bookstore. After getting out of the Navy I continued to share gospel tracts, booklets, tapes, and later CDs with audio files and in the last few years MP3 files.
Now that I have retired from my fulltime job working with computers and data processing I am slowly building a virtual Christian bookstore with the help of EBAY Stores. Today I just received my 180th feedback. Sure its small but I have a dream of slowly building a small choice subset of some of the materials I have found helpful over the years to build my faith and equip me to serve.
