PGC MarketLink a Special Events & Sports Production Company I created PGC MarketLink as a company, to - over the years - assit with such worthwhile organizations as - the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, the Canadian Club of Chicago, the Hoosier Bat Foundation, the Center for Negro League Baseball Research and the latest venture - a website titled: www.NegroLeagueLegends.org Here, the sole purpose of this site is to give back to the fellas and help support those who helped lead the way. These projects listed here are just a few to which I am involved with. I have also assited on numerous other fund-raisers and have set up numerous personal appearances for those former Negro League Legends at trade shows and ballparks nationwide. Even before the creation of my company - which now also sells the great pain relief PHITEN TITANIUM products that the pros wear, I assisted many sports organizations such as Little League Baseball, the Park Extention Youth Organization, MLB, the Town of Mount Royal Recreation Department, numerous North American Cultural Hockey Exchange Program and to many to mention recreation departments throughout the province of Quebec, Canada. Since the early 1980's, in addition to the March of Dimes, etc., I have also created many special events for such worthwhile non-for-profit organizations as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Athletes Against Drugs. On the other side of the coin, I have been part of many television sports network productions such as the Olympics, the National Hockey League, the National Football League, the NBA, the NCAA, WNBA and Major League Baseball. As an associate producer / statistian, I have worked on such nationally aclaimed sporting events as The 1984 Winter (Sarajevo) Olympics, the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, MLB's regular season, playoffs and World Series , the regular season of the National Football League, it's playoffs, the numerous games in the National Basketball Association plus I have been part of the network coverage for the NCAA including March Madness. Over these 26+ years I have been fortunate to get to know many athletes on a more personal basis, where they have agreed to autograph a few items both for me personally and for our new website, www.NegroLeagueLegends.org.
