Our name is 2 initials + amigas (spanish for girlfriends) + 2 initials. We are an 'us' BUT someone else is NOT a member. We ALL work individually - sometimes in pairs and/or as a group.

We have been on eBay since August 29, 2002 and have done our best to serve the needs of our customers while being a good customer for other eBayers. Even though we have less than 400 in the ( ) we have completely closed and finalized almost 2000 transactions at the date we are writing this - check the feedback we leave for others, there is one comment for each auction that is completely complete. We do a lot of repeat business.

At one time we were selling original jewelry creations on eBay but ran into a problem with eBay Listing Policy. We had 89 items of Jewelry listed and every listing had at least two violations in them. We gave a personal Thank You in our listing to Jehovah God. We also gave a personal Thank You to the eBay sellers that sold us the components used to make that piece. We suggested the viewer check out our store and read our ME page. We gave, in all listings where it applied, a choice between Silver and Gold. On some of our earrings we gave a choice between french hook and leverback. We waited until the auction end to finish the piece, in all listings where size applied and mattered, so it was done to the size you needed. Our premise was that since each piece was not for mass production we should make sure that the person who liked it got it 'their way' as much as possible for the winning bid. We had been doing this for almost two years with no problems with either eBay or any of our customers.

Another eBay seller complained to eBay that we had an unfair advantage in our listings selling our jewelry since we were violating eBay Listing Policy. eBay investigated and sent us TWO LP violation notices on one listing and gave us 24 hours to change our listings or be suspended. eBay works on the three strikes and you are suspended. We had 89 items of Jewelry for sale that day and were getting ready to upload another 25 that night. At an average of 10 minutes per listing we were looking at 890 minutes of work (almost 15 hours) on what was listed.

Since eBay had chosen to make this two Listing Violations instead of one we now have 2 marks on our record - these are permanent marks as our appeal to eBay failed (it doesn't matter how long you've been doing something - what matters is following the rules. At any time in the future that we receive a third violation we will be suspended, permanently unless an appeal on the third one is successful. When I was notified that my two appeals on the two violations had failed I removed all our listings and made a decision that we would no longer sell our creations on eBay as it put us too much at risk for an additional violation which would prevent us from buying the wonderful UNCIRCULATED Vintage and Antique Components that we depend upon and which are difficult to find without the assistance of these wonderful people who hunt it down and bargain buy it and then pass the bargains on to us so we can pass it on to you.

We are still selling Artisan Customized Creations at auction and are still working on our informational website. We do not mass produce. With the exception of our Hippie Love Bead Clapper Anklet we rarely make more than three of any of our designs (I am including our local customers in with eBay customers). In fact it has only been a couple of designs that we have even made more than two identical items. We make our jewelry so that you will fall in love with it, buy it, and wear it. We are greedy and want to do such a good job for you that you keep coming back for more and send your family and friends. We realize that you are probably reluctant to ask for changes so we want to let you know upfront what changes are done at no cost to you which is not something we can do on eBay.
