Welcome to Liberty Numismatics' "About Me" page on eBay. Liberty Numismatics was founded in 1979. We are full-time coin and memorabilia dealers and we work very hard to keep our clients happy.
Since 1979, we have specialized in classic (1892 to 1954) United States Commemorative Coins, original commemorative coin distribution holders, and all of their related memorabilia. Our knowledge of this market is second to none! Although we handle all types of US and foreign coins and currency, we are the experts in commemorative coins and related memorabilia. We purchase and sell all original holders from common Lexington pine boxes to RARE Panama-Pacific copper frames - and everything in between!
We have liquidated many fine collections for our valued clients. We were selected to sell the "Old Oregon Trail" collection. This collection, amassed over 20 years by a very dedicated collector was acquired directly from descendants of pioneer Ezra Meeker, sculptor James Earle Fraser (who along with his wife, designed the Oregon Trail Half dollar), and sculptor Avard Fairbanks, who designed several important Oregon Trail medals for the OTMA. See the May 23, 2005 issue of Coin World for complete details.
Whether buying or selling these items, please consider Liberty Numismatics. We actively pursue want lists and are very active buyers and sellers of all of these items.
