As an eBay buyer for 8 years, I've seen good customer service and bad customer service from eBay sellers. As an eBay seller, I will:
- always give you top value for your buying dollars,
- to describe items as fully as possible (as a buyer, I've often found it frustrating when the seller doesn't answer all my questions before I ask them),
- to answer e-mails promptly, and
- to ship items, well-packaged, quickly.
