We would be happy to help! We have been in business since 1912, customer satisfaction is our first priority! Our Guarantee: - All the bulbs and fixtures we sell are brand NEW and in their original factory packaging.
- ALL bulbs and fixtures are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects and are warrantied for the manufacturer's average rated life as we are an authorized distributor for all the products we sell.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
- If you still are not satisfied, you can return the merchandise for a full refund. Bid with confidence!
Shipping And Payment
Shipping: - All shipping rates will be stated in the item description, if not, email your zip or postal code and quantity of items you desire and we will calculate your shipping costs.
- International, Alaska and Hawaii customers always contact us with your postal code and the quantity of items you desire and we will calculate your shipping rates. The shipping in the item descriptions will not apply.
- All items can be combined to save on shipping.
- All shipments are made via UPS and are insured for loss and damage. We will use another carrier only by customer request. We have found carriers other than UPS to be less reliable and we cannot guarantee timely or safe delivery using them.
Payment: - We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments can be made by calling 800-531-2852 or for International customers or those in the Chicagoland area 312-876-1612. Phone lines are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Chicago time.
