Hi! My name is Cindy lou. I love to make little girls pageant wear! I custom design and construct all my own garments. It all started with my lil-queeny, Cali. We started doing pageants as a baby and competed for almost 10 years. We were a great team! She knew what to do on stage and I knew what to do behind the scenes! We won almost every pageant we entered! We always did natural beauty or Festival pageants. We did one glitz pageant and she won her age division in that one too. But, she is 17 now and moving on to bigger and better things, such as High school, friends, boyfriends (SIGH!) movies, hanging out, the mall, My Space, all the stuff teens really enjoy! But even though we have taken a break (I hope), I continue designing and making pageant clothing for girls. You can find some wonderfully unique and stylish pageant, boutique and swimwears in my auctions. I try never to copy anything I make and never put forth anything but my best effort!  I've been a seamstress pretty much all of my life. I remember making purses and sewing my own designs with a needle and thread as a young girl. I could sit for hours at a time by my Maw-Maw's side watching her make these fabulous items with her old Singer pedal machine! And boy when I got to Jr. high, and was introduced to a real sewing machine in Home Economics, I though I had died and gone to heaven!! LOL ! I would have gladly spent all my time there. I have just recently started to help as a mentor in our local high school  (Hahnville High). I help the Family and Consumer Sciences (Home Ec, to us old timers!!) teacher try to teach young girls and a few guys the ins and outs of sewing! Boy, is that a challenge! But I love it !!
