Thanks for taking the time to view this "about me" page. I have been buying and selling here on ebay since 2001. One thing I have learned is treat others the way you expect to be treated. Communication is the best policy when your buying and selling. There is no such thing as a dumb or stupid question so be sure and ask before bidding. Always read the fine print on the listing page and stick with sellers that have good feedback. Even when bidding with caution there are still times things can go wrong. Packages get lost, items arrive broken or are not what you expected. If the item is expensive always get the insurance! If your unhappy with something, communicate in a professional manner right away. Recently I had a horrible experience with a buyer as you can see my very first negative.
This buyer wanted to keep merchandise and wanted a full refund. She would not claim the insurance and refused to send it back to me. I was kind to her and gave her back her money for the purchase and let her keep the item which still had value. If she would of sent it back it would of cost her a lot in postage because the item was heavy. So by refunding her purchase I saved her the cost of postage and let her keep the merchandise. Even though the post office damaged the unit, the remote and manual have an even bigger worth right here on ebay. So it should of been a win win for her. I lost out on the merchandise, the ebay fees and the refund. Ironically she was very rude and still left me bad feedback. I really should of just made her ship it back and then she would of seen how expensive shipping really was for that!! She would of lost even more. The point is I always try to put you in a better or equal position if something goes wrong. I can only do my best and sometimes that is just not good enough for some people. What you can know is that my rating shows many years of very positive happy customers and I assure you all my transactions are handled seriously and with the deepest respect.
