I aim to make your ebay buying experience a pleasurable one! I have been buying and selling on ebay for 8 years now and its been a wonderful time, however, in the past few months I have had several problem transactions that have lead me to have to spell out several policies as follows: 

Although I have an ebay store, I AM NOT A DEPARTMENT STORE, AND I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! (of course, if I have grossly misrepresented an auction item, consideration will be made, but I am extremely careful to ensure this does not happen!  However, no one is perfect and mistakes do happen once in a while :))  

It is not the seller's fault if you do not know your proper size, or you do not like the item once you receive it, and the seller will not be held liable for an item in this case. It is your responsibility to know what you are buying and your proper size, so please ask all questions before you bid!! I am more than happy to answer any and all questions asked!!! Nor is it my problem if your child, your cat, or your little sister used your ID and bid on something and your win the item and then try to get out of paying for it. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR WINNING BID UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!

Should you attempt to return an item without authorization by me you WILL BE CHARGED a 15% restocking fee.

I am happy to ship internationally, however I will only ship via USPS Express Interantional due to tracking number consideration for my protection, and therefore the costs associated must be considered when placing your bid!

 For those of you honest caring ebayers who abide by the rules I apologize for stating the obvious, but there are a few bad apples out there ruining the wonderful ebay world for the rest of us!!!
