**NONPAYMENT** -- Payment is expected within 10 days after the auction closes. If payment is not received, we will send out an e-mail as a reminder. If we still do not receive the payment, we will file a credit request for our selling fees and notify Ebay.

**SHIPPING POLICY** -- Most books are shipped at media mail rate (formerly called bookrate). If a buyer prefers Priority Mail, they must notify us so we can provide an updated payment total. We ship non-book items as First Class or Priority Mail rate depending on weight and destination. Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY** -- We will ship internationally, however, heavy items and multiple book lots can be very expensive to ship overseas. Please be aware of this possibility and bid accordingly. We do reserve the right to not list all items for international sales.

**RETURNS** -- All sales are final. We work very hard to accurately describe the items we sell. We will allow returns only if the item is not as described. We try to point out any flaws or damage to the item. If the description seems incomplete or you need additional information, please e-mail or call (864-839-3598) before you bid. NOTE that we are located in the Eastern Time zone, so please do not call after 10:00pm. Any refunds are minus the shipping and Ebay fees.

**FEEDBACK** -- Feedback will be posted for all transactions after the item has been shipped. We request that the buyer also posts feedback for us after the item has been received.
