From 2002-2006 I worked for COMICS GUARANTY CORPORATION (CGC) with Steve Borock and Mark Haspel as a Magazine and Silver Age specialist and grading finalizer (a finalizer chooses the final grade of the certified book.) I graded over 100,000 comics and magazines when I worked for CGC; some of the more memorable books I graded were the Gaines File Collection of EC comics, the Doug Schmell and Tom Brulato collections of Marvel Silver Age comics and some of the highest grade copies of Warren and Skywald magazines in existence.
