Buyer must respond within three days of the auction close, and must provide payment within ten days of the auction close. Buyer must pay the winning bid amount plus shipping.
Lip Ink® accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and e-checks.
We currently do not accept payment in the forms of money orders, personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, or cash.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within two business days of your payment clearing.
If you are in the area, you can certainly come to our El Segundo, CA location to pick up your order. Please call ahead to make sure that your order is being held for you rather than being packaged for shipping.

Combining Orders

| Policies and Returns |

Lip Ink International® strives to provide only the highest quality products to our customers and retail partners. However, should you find cause to return or exchange your product, you may do so within 15 calendar days starting from the ship date. We must receive the products before the 15th day. Product must be returned in its original form unopened to Lip-Ink International to the address provided. We also will replace any damaged products or any items that to not match the item(s) presented here. Just contact us at Contact Us, and we would be happy to help with your problem.
- Full product Refunds if received within 15 calendar days unopened, starting from the ship date. Not including Shipping and Taxes.
- No exchanges.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- TRIAL SIZES and TRIAL KITS are NOT RETURNABLE.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
- To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number
- After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund.
- All Sales are final
- If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first by emailing ebay@lipink.com and request an RMA.
If your item arrives opened or damaged, do NOT sign for it. Indicate the damage to the deliverer and make sure that he or she files the appropriate claim and takes responsibility for the condition of the package. Get all the appropriate paperwork from the deliverer. Please then contact us so that we can make sure a claim is filed.
Your winning bid is considered a binding contract to purchase the item(s) at the price of your high bid plus additional shipping and handling costs.
The photos you will find are the best representation we can offer regarding the appearance of the item(s) at hand. Slight differences in color or brightness are due to the color adjustment level programmed on your computer monitor. Please email us if you have any questions about the color of items.

Feedback and ratings of bidders and the winner may be checked. The following are situations under which we may not sell the item, and if we find one or more to be true, we reserve the right to cancel a bidder's bid:

Do I need to use the OFF solution?
Yes. The OFF solution must be used before you apply Lip-Ink Color. Off must be used to remove color even if the color appears to have worn off hours after application. If this step is not followed, a temporary discoloration of the lips may occur which can be easily removed with Lip-Ink Off. The Off solution also aids with the exfoliation process. |

Do I need to use the Shine Moisturizer?
Yes. The Shine moisturizer is to be used both under and on top of Lip-Ink Color. Under the color, the Shine moisturizes the lips and gives you a smooth surface on which to apply color. When used over Lip-Ink Color, the Shine moisturizer gives you the feel of lipstick as well as protection from dryness. |

Why do my lips tingle?
This sensation is caused by the natural herbs and botanicals contained in Lip-Ink Cosmetics. It is normal and over time your lips will become adjusted.

Can I lighten the color ?
Lip-Ink Colorcannot be lightened. However the intensity may be altered by using either 1, 2, or 3 layers of color. Supplement any of the layers of color with layers of clear. Remember you must use three layers of Lip-Ink for maximum staying power. The Magic Powders may also be layered to create lightness within a color. |

Can I use my own lip liner or lipstick with Lip-Ink® cosmetics?
No. Lip-Ink Color is not compatible with wax or petroleum based products, this includes: lip balms, lip glosses, lipsticks, pencil lip liners, petroleum jelly - practically every product for the lips on the market today. |

Can I use the brow liner as eye liner?
While it is not recommended, the brow liner can be used in the eye area, however you may experience tearing. |

Can you mix Lip-Ink® Colors?
Yes. However, they are mixed by layering on the lips - not by actually mixing the product. Only Lip-InkCosmetics sheer, natural, herbal formulas can be layered - making over 250,000 personalized colors. |

How long does a vial last?
If applied daily, approximately 3 months. |

If I spill Lip-Ink;reg; Color what should I do?
Try removing any spilled Lip-Ink Color with the OFF solution, (be sure to do a spot test first). |

Face moisturizer, self tanners and wet/dry face make up, should they be applied before your Lip Ink lip colorization process, first thing in the morning?
If they do not contain wax, petroleum products, including mineral oil and the like and they are not thick and oily you can apply them to your face once you have cleaned your lips with our herbal Off solution, splashed with water to remove the Off solution and applied a small amount of Lip Ink Moisturizer ( from our collection of over 135 shine moisturizers). Once your make-up application is complete, you can proceed with your routine Lip Ink lip coloring process by applying your Lip Ink Lip Liner if you line your lips or skip it and go to your 3 layers of Lip Ink color application ASESIOD ( A smooth even stroke in one direction completing it with a final layer of Lip Ink moisturizer. | |
