in 1956, by Basil Smith in his garage. Originally called Rock-ett
products, the company was later renamed Smittybilt after Basil's
nickname "Smitty". Famous in the off-road community for
his quality work, the business started slowly but grew with a
steady clientele of loyal customers. Demand increased as word got

Bars". He later went on to invent the first grille
guards, originally known as "bumper thumpers".
Tom Smith was Smitty's son, and was involved in the operation from

are your prices so unbelievably
low?
We don’t believe in pricing our
products based on what the market thinks you should pay for them.
Lace face it, you paid enough for your truck you shouldn’t
have to pay an arm and a leg to dress it up.
By having products in stock 100% of the time we bypass
traditional distribution channels, bringing our overhead low.
We list them in auctions and let the power of Ebay
customers decide what the products are worth.
Are
these products new or used?
Unless otherwise stated these products are all new products still
in the original manufacturers packaging.
How
does the Smittybilt brand compare to Westin or the others selling
on Ebay?
Smittybilt
has been the leader in automotive accessories for over 50
years. They were the pioneers of many products such as
grille guards and nerf bars. You can't remain in this
industry for that long unless you have a quality
product.
What
does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the Continental US (Lower 48
states).
How do I track my order?
You should receive an email with a tracking number, once it has
been shipped. If you have paid for your order but not received a
tracking number within 72 hours of payment, then please call us at

Lifetime warranty
We warrant the structure of the product against defects in
workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover finish, or
paint. It does not cover damage due to collision, vandalism or
neglect. It also does not cover any wear items like step pads or
plastic end caps. We limit the liability to the original price
paid for the product from us, and exclude shipping and
installation costs. We are not liable for any inconvenience
charges that may result from the part causing the vehicle to be
inoperational. To claim your warranty, contact our office
for a RGA number. With the RGA number attached to the product,
send it back to our offices for an inspection. If the product is
determined to be defective, we will repair the product, replace
the product or refund the purchase price of the item at our
discretion.
We guarantee our products to be
New, Complete and in the original box. Please inspect your
order upon arrival and contact us if this is not the case.
Please keep all packaging as this is required if the item needs to
be returned for any reason. We do not provide replacement
packaging.
We will not replace or accept a
return for any reason if any modifications have been made to the
item.
These are
discontinued products and do not carry a factory warranty.
Replacement parts for the discontinued products are not available
and all technical questions must be directed to Liquid Parts at
