Welcome to TIE DEALS.  Our main focus is men’s clothing.  We list 100 items weekly with our 7-day auctions ending each evening. This gives you a whole week to browse and watch our items. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all buy-it-now purchases in the USA!  

Customer satisfaction is quite important to us.  Questions are answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday.  Please review our "terms & conditions" prior to bidding.

Please do not bid if you cannot agree to these terms.

Payment

• We accept PayPal
• Payment must be made within 7 days of auction and the winner to make contact within 3 days time.
• Nonpaying bidders will be reported accordingly
• We follow the suggested rules of Ebay.

Shipping

• We ship on weekday mornings.
•  We charge and flat rate for shipping & handling. This is based on our experience with the US Post office – sometimes we’re a little over, sometimes we’re a little under.
• Insurance is optional at the standard USPS rates. We do recommend as we can not be responsible for items once shipped.
• International bidders – insurance is available, but not at the US rates. Please contact us if you are interested in insuring an international shipment. (as noted - we cannot ship to Italy any longer)
• Shipping discounts offered for multiple items purchased within 3 days.

Returns

•  We only accept returns or provide refunds in cases where we have misrepresented the items we sell.  If  you have size questions - please contact us for details, as we will not accept returns for items that do not fit.
