About Us:
We retail women, girls fashion apparels from traditional to contemporary. We also sell India decor, Ethnic Indian jewelry, Henna, India Bedding.
All of our items are designed and manufactured in India and are exclusively handcrafted by craftsmen & weavers across India.
All the items are imported from Jaipur, India and New Delhi India. We deliver to all and any postal address around the world.
None of our salwar kameez and churidar suits are repeat and most of them are exclusive.
Design/embellishments - If there are any defects in the items we are selling, these points will be made very clearly for your reference. We will try to describe each item as precisely and clearly as possible. Due to the nature of the embellishments on the Indian suits we have listed, you may find sporadically that one or two odd beads/sequins etc have come off or missing. This is not a fault rather a peculiarity of Indian clothing as each item is embellished by hand. If this is noticeable during wear, it will be stated in the listing.
Colors - Colors of items may not be exactly as viewed on your screen. There might be a slight variation depending on the resolution of your monitor.
Mix and match with your choice or ask us if you would like our opinion on choosing salwar and kameez.

Q: What is your return policy? |

· Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange less shipping fees within 3-7 days of receipt of the item.

All items must be returned in original condition and original packing.

Shipping the returned item is buyer's responsibility.

Any used item will not be eligible for refund.

I will not refund any items which turn out to be the wrong size as I have provided very clear measurements/details in the listing. Further explanation of details/size can always be provided on request.

When returning the product back, be sure to purchase insurance and a delivery confirmation/tracking number. (Without it, if item were to get damaged or lost on the way back, we could not issue a refund or replacement).

Q: Do you combine shipping? |
|

A: Yes, we combine multiple Item shipping leading to significantly lower shipping costs for you. We contact us for the combined shipping rate. We aim to keep our postage and packaging charges to a minimum. We ship all our packages through WWW.USPS.COM and add a small charge to postage to cover our shipping and handling costs. Our aim is to leave every customer satisfied with the high level of service they have received. |

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

A: We normally ship within one to three business days of the receipt of your payment. Packages will not be shipped on the weekends and holidays. |

Q: Do you ship internationally? |
|

A: Yes. First Class Mail and Global Priority Mail is best for packages under 4 pounds, while Air Parcel Post is best for packages heavier than 4 pounds. Packages will not be shipped on the weekends. If you wish to have your package sent via another shipping method (UPS/FedEX), just email us. |

A: U.S shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail Service. International shipments are made through USPS First Class mail and Global priority mail. If you wish to have your package sent via another shipping method (UPS/FedEx), please email us with all the details and we will not have problem shipping it. Just email us with your option. |

Q: Why the item I bought looks different in color than what I saw on the listing. |

A: Due to the differences between monitor screens and picture resolution and quality, items may not always look the same color on your monitor. We try to describe the color best to our acknowledge and we always get second opinion about the color of the item. |
