Customer Assurance

Being a seller of used goods sometimes those used goods are not satisfactory to the buyer. Please realize that I will do my very best to correct and address any of your concerns. I always represent the item accurately with its benefits and yes if any its flaws. I am sure that as a buyer if you have questions please ask them before you bid. It is so much easier to solve problems before an auction end than after the auction or even after the shipping of that auction. It is my intent to represent the product as it really is. I try very hard not to look through rose colored glasses at what I sell. I feel that is not fair to the buyer. 		 
Integrity

I have found that people are really actually very smart when buying on ebay. They will buy great finds and not so great finds. They will buy prestine and they will buy fixer uppers and yes sometimes "JUNK". However, it appears that all they desire is to be told and shown with clear pictures what they really are recieving. No one likes to be suprised with mis representation. I am also a huge buyer here on Ebay. From Cars and boats to broken hummels. So I really understand that if a seller is hiding condition of the product the buyer will never buy again from that person. Reason being no body feels good after being "RIPPED OFF". Buy with confidence from me and please sell to me with honesty. That will make the Ebay climate so much more pleasant. Also ASK QUESTIONS! Know what you are buying before you bid! Thanks
