I have also had some problems with people not getting their items. I ship alot of items every week. I can't control what happens to the items after I have the post office pick them up. Did you give me the right address, did the post office deliver it to the right address? There are alot of things that can go wrong that are NOT in my control. There is a way to prevent that though, INSURANCE. There are some sellers that REQUIRE insurance for this reason only.If you choose to not pay for insurance there is a risk that you need to understand.

I do make mistakes and will own up to them. I like to ship them within 24 hours. International can take me longer becuase I have to go into the post office for those, and the one in town has very limited hours.
