We can ship your package anywhere in the world if you wish. The cost for International shipping is the exact cost for postage to the address provided plus a $2.50 International Packaging & Handling fee.
We can also provide our custom Gift-Wrap service for an additional fee of just $3.00. Your purchase is wrapped in tissue paper and placed into an appropriate Gift Bag (Gund paper and GUND gift bag if purchasing a Gund product !), complete with a 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" gift card, containing a short message which you must provide, attached with colored ribbon.
Combined Shipping
We will provide reduced shipping fees for multiple items shipped together in the same package to the same address. Please note, we do require that all items to be combined, end within 5 days of the first item and that only a single payment be submitted for all combined items.

Items Requiring Immediate Payment
We do offer REDUCED shipping fees for multiple Buy-It-Now items shipped together in the same package. Unfortunately, Ebay and Paypal currently do not provide a way for you to submit a single Paypal payment for mutiple purchases requiring immediate payment. Until they can resolve this issue, you must currently submit Paypal payment for each item individually.
Until this is resolved, we will send you a Paypal REFUND of the money you saved, after all payments have been received and your package is processed for shipping.
Customs Fees
All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes at their destination point. These fees vary significantly by country. Each customer is responsible for the customs duties and taxes for their shipment. We do not estimate customs duties and taxes for orders, as the amount can vary greatly from the actual fees. If you have questions about the customs duties and taxes for your country, please contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated in our listings, our products are brand new and the Gund name tells you they are quality items. In addition, all items are checked before we package and ship them. Most items are double-bagged to insure they arrive clean and fresh. This simple policy has worked well for us and we have had very few problems. Should an item be damaged in the mail, we will gladly help you process your claim for INSURED items.
If for some other reason, you still wish to return an item, we will gladly refund your money for the cost of the ITEM ONLY, MINUS a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. This can be costly, so please select your items carefully, making sure the item is what you want.
