About Us

Little Things Wedding Favors was founded in 2003, after we planned our own destination wedding, and were surprised by the cost of quality unique wedding favors. Weddings cost enough, why should quality favors be so difficult to afford?

Little Things is committed to offering a large selection of wedding favors, decorations, gifts and accessories. As you browse through our eBay store you will find a variety of accessories to suit every bride's needs. Our experienced buyers travel to every gift and stationary show throughout the country to source the most complete line of wedding and party related items. We welcome you to bookmark us and check back often as we are constantly adding exciting new products to our store.

Our knowledgeable and friendly customer support staff takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and we treat every bride and event as if we were planning our own wedding again. We attempt to make sure your products arrive in a timely and safe manner. We have received hundreds of feedback and emails from customers who are just thrilled with our products and the level of service we provide.

Your bid or "Buy It Now" is a binding contract. By purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Rush Orders

We understand that your order may be time sensitive, but we are unable to accomodate "Rush" orders. Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to your event to place an order. Any orders which are paid for and request a rush status will be automatically refunded.

Sample Orders

We work hard to furnish our store with exceptional product images, we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. We are happy to help. Please feel free to email us to request a sample listing. You will be charged the highest unit price of the product sample(s), (which may be higher than the bulk listing price) plus shipping and handling. Please be advised, during busy wedding season (April-September) we may not be able to fulfill sample requests.

Custom Quantity Orders

Custom quantity orders are not a problem! For your convenience, we offer full and half case orders via our ebay store. Unfortunately, with the exception of Canada, we are no longer shipping international.

Ordering & Payment

Little Things offers our items in 1/2 and full case quantities, if you would like to see a sample first, please contact us and we will be happy to help you place a sample order.

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase via PayPal or Money Orders only.

Sales Tax is charged to NJ State Residents.

Shipping

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver all orders within Canada and the US. UPS Can not ship to any address with a PO Box.

The cost of shipping is specified during the checkout process. For orders shipping to Canada, your shipping options include UPS Standard (4-7 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days) and UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 business days). All other international orders please email for details and shipping quotes.. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Little Things is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.

Combining Shipping

Shipping will be calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Damages

We pack each item carefully, and most items come individually wrapped in its own gift box. If something should arrive damaged we will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 10 days

Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. Most items have the following return policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

However, customized orders, personalized orders, engraved products, perishable products and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. Please return orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the items were received by you. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Under no circumstances is shipping refundable. The customer is also responsible for any shipping charges back to us.

Please Note: Certain wedding favor items are sold on an As-Is basis. Please refer to the individual product page return policy for information. Although we will replace damages on As-Is wedding favors, we do not accept returns on them.

Product Availability

Little Things carries most of the products featured on our website. On occasion, products may be backordered, which will be indicated in the product description. We make every effort to keep items in stock, however, during busy wedding season (April - September), some items may go out of stock for short periods of time. If this is the case, littlethings*favors reserves the right to refund the buyer in full without any further liability or obligation to the buyer.

Any information we collect from you is used to help us communicate with you and is never sold or disclosed to outside third parties.
