For INSURED item(s) we offer 7 Days FREE replacement from date of receipt if the item is found to be defective during this period, including our forwarding shipping cost but not including your returning shipping cost.
We will not be held responsible for any UNINSURED items that are found to be lost, stolen, non-delivery or damaged on arrival, etc.
In the case that refund is necessary, except for insured item or otherwise stated, the refund will not include shipping cost if the item had been shipped.
