Unlike most of the jewelry sold today, we do not use commercial settings at LKJewelry Designs. You will see the difference and the detail of our work in the quality and the workmanship of our jewels.

Each piece of the LKJewelry Designs collection is a work of art in itself, very special and unique. In addition to our beautiful eBay listings, LKJewelry Designs is proud to offer the option to customize jewelry according to your wishes.

We pay very special attention in the selection of our Moissanite stones. Each stone to be set in your jewel is carefully inspected, and only those stones with exceptional color and clarity will be selected.

At LKJewelry Designs, customer service is our top priority. Earning your trust is our goal and promise to you. We will provide straight answers to all your questions.

All our jewels are custom-made and handcrafted by an experienced maste jeweler and available in white or yellow gold, in 14K, 18K or platinum (contact us for pricing information).

All our rings can be made to your precise size (even 1/2 and 1/4 sizes).

We resize most of our rings for free. Eternity bands ask for additional work by our setters and we will require an additional fee, depending on your finger size.

All Moissanite jewelry comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity supplied by Charles & Colvard which offers a limited lifetime warranty that your Charles & Colvard created jewel(s) will maintain their brilliance, fire, and luster for the lifetime of the owner.

All our jewels will arrive in a classic lacquered wooden box.

The more you buy...the more you save...with our "New Customer Loyalty" purchase plan. We value our clients and you deserve to be rewarded!

When buying from our store, for the second time you will receive a 3% discount off any piece of jewelry from our regular collection.

From the third time on (inclusively), all future purchases from our store will be discounted at 5% from our retail store price! These discounts can not be combined with any other promotions or offers

REFERRAL DISCOUNT PLAN

The eferral Discount Planis our way of thanking customers who by word of mouth, spread awareness of our jewels. If someone makes a purchase and refers you at such time, you will be eligible for a 2% discount against your next purchase.

You deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty!

If you happen to fall in love with one of our jewel at a time where your budget is limited, we can offer you a gentle way of paying with our Layaway Plan.

A 50% down payment is required to place a jewel on layaway. Send us an email describing the way you will pay and the duration of your Layaway.

Once you place a jewel on layaway and have paid the down payment, we will place your order and the jewel will be ready in 2 weeks.

Your jewel will be shipped immediately after you have completed the balance payment.

We process most of our collection jewel orders within 14 business days. We use Express Delivery for shipping (1 or 2 days).

We use Express service. 2nd day air as well as Next Day Air are available at an additional charge.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. We can only ship to a physical address (No P.O. Boxes) and ask for a signature on reception of the parcel.

Return Policy

Our goal is to make you happy so if for some reason, you are not completely thrilled with your new jewel and decide to return it, please notify us within 3 business days and we will treat your request. Once we receive and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit purchase excluding shipping and handling charges.

We do accept exchanges on most of our jewels. All documents must accompany the item purchased.

We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you will still be able to exchange it.
