Who Are We?

We are a husband and wife team from sunny island Singapore. We started selling on ebay to get rid of some airline mileage. It has since been a lifestyle to us. Top

Shipping Policy

We ship with Singapore Post, our national postal agency. We charge postage and packaging. We packed items at night and in the morning before we leave for work. Unless it is a weekend or public holiday, your item will be shipped to you the next day after receipt of payment (subject to clearance of funds). All items are packed in padded, bubble-wrapped envelopes unless advised otherwise for bulk purchases. Whilst every care is given in packing our items, we are not responsible for lost or damaged articles during transit of mail unless registered mail is paid for.

For peace of mind, we will register postage for high value packages. High value article is defined as any package greater than USD20 in value. Registered mail comes with insurance up to USD42 in value and a registration number. Currently, Singapore Post only allows on-line tracking within Singapore. Postal enquiry can be made after 1 month of date of posting. For more insurance coverage on your package, please email for quotation.

Payment Policy

We prefer our customers to pay by Paypal. Alternatively, if you do not wish to use Paypal, you may send cash in USD, GBP or EUR. Cash is sent at buyer’s risk. We expect to receive payment within 5 business days of close of auction. If you have difficulty paying within this time frame, please email to inform us. We are reasonable people. We can come up with something satisfactory to both parties. Payment reminder will be sent via ebay after 7th day of auction close. If you do not respond to ebay request for payment, we will file for non- paying bidder to claim our final value fee credit. We are running a business and not charity organisation. We take this matter of non-payment very seriously as it cost us time and effort to track each and every sale. If you do not respond to ebay request for payment, we will file for non-paying bidder to claim our final value fee credit on the 14th day after close of auction. Top

This website is managed by 2 people. My husband believes in giving feedback upon receipt of payment. My view differs from his. I have been threatened with negative feedback from various buyers. Since then I have been cautious and will leave feedback upon confirmation of receipt of items. Top

Combine Rates, How? (Applies to CDs Only)
 Read the following for combined rates.

Combine Rates. From the 2nd CD onwards, please add the following:

'Fat' Double CD casing: $4.50 (usual postage $7.00 / $7.50 / $8.00)
Double CD casing: $3.50 (usual postage $5.60)
Standard Single CD casing: $3.00 (usual postage $5.00)
Flat Single CD casing (singles): $2.50 (usual postage $4.00)
Cardboard casing: $1.00 (usual postage $3.00)

I will consider the highest postage of the CDs as the 1st CD. Consider the following cases.

Case 1:
CD 1 (postage $5.50) - double CD <-- higher value
CD 2 (postage $3.80) - single

Total postage = $5.50 + $2.00

Combine Rates for Postcards

Every 3 cards (excluding the 1st card) - addition of USD0.50

1st card - total postage is $3.00
2nd card - total postage is $3.50 ($3.00 + $0.50)
5th card - total postage is $4.00 ($3.00 + $0.50 + $0.50) Top
