My name is Kelly and I am a stay at home mom and student with two little boys; Nicholas and Brandon. As you can see in my store, I have more than one specialty including Baby and Mommy clothing, wallpaper, officially licensed concert t-shirts, and our newest addition: full coverage finger nails. Shipping and Handling
Yes, we do combine shipping! If you like, you
can e-mail me at kmwolfpac@aol.com
for a shipping quote before you make multiple purchases. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail unless the optional insurance is purchased. We will provide your delivery confirmation number once the item has shipped via the e-mail address that you have registered with Paypal. Please note that our shipping rate do include a minimal handling fee. This includes our time to find and list
the item, eBay store fees, Paypal fees, packaging, and time and travel to the post
office. Please do not bid if you do not agree with our shipping charges.
We try our hardest to keep them as low as possible for you! We don't like paying excessive shipping, so we won't make you.
Shipping Time
We ship as
soon as possible after payment is received and your item should arrive
within 4-14 days if you are within the U.S. We normally ship 2-3 times a week and more often during the holiday season. We have recently started using Endicia internet postage to improve our shipping time.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item, please contact me right away by clicking on the Contact Seller link or e-mailing me at kmwolfpac@aol.com. Once your item is received, I will refund your payment minus shipping and handling charges. Item(s) must be received in the same condition in which they were sent. Please contact me before leaving your feedback as we strive for 5 stars in all categories. Our goal is to keep our customers happy!
Canadian and other international orders
Yes, we do ship to Canada! For a quote to Canada or other international destinations, please feel free to contact me. International orders are charged the actual shipping cost plus $1 for packaging. We never overcharge simply because the package is going abroad.
