LOOKIT18 sells all sorts of items. Most are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated or please ask if you are not sure. Everything is described to best of our knowledge.

We do our best with shipping and yes we do charge a handling fee. (Our base fee is $4.00 but does fluctuate lower or higher depending on the item*( for items with higher handling it will be clearly noted in auction)*. So please don't be surprised... We handle large volumes of items and this helps out with our cost for shipping materials, etc. *We also require insurance on all packages sent out! This is for your protection as well as ours. *If you do not agree, we must have an email from you stating that you are refusing insurance and we are not liable for package once it leaves our hands.* Once a package has been picked up by the carrier or accepted by the post office we have NO CONTROL over how long it takes to get to its destination. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have kept to our end of transaction once package has left our hands. We keep receipts of all packages sent out wether domestic, international, or military. We can send you a copy if needed for claim purposes, and we will help you track a package and do whatever is in reason to help with locating lost packages.
We will combine on shipping for multiple items (exact weight)... Local pick-up is always an option for those who live close by... or want to drive.
We encourage you to ask any questions you might have about our items- and please try to ask before bidding or at least before paying.
And always check the shipping calculator on each auction page for accurate shipping amounts. * we will not tell you what a reserve price is- this takes the fun out of the auction. and please do not ask us to end an auction- this we will not do*
As all sellers - we ask that you do not bid unless you are going to go through with your transactions. This wastes everybodies time and energy....And if for some reason you do bid on an item and decide you no longer want it. Please let us know- we can cancel your bid if the auction is still running (-just please do not abuse this). Or you can retract your bid. In the case where an auction has ended...we can deal with the legalities quickly and friendly instead of waiting and waiting and ending up with bad results.
We ask that you pay by PayPal. We do not accept Western Union or any other type of money transfer.
We ask that International buyers pay by pay pal. We do not accept Western Union or Money Gram or any other Money transfers!!! And since the new shipping options have gone into effect- we only ship Priority International.. there is no longer surface or airmail... We also are NOT Responible for Duty Taxes, Customs Charges, ETC... Our Shipping Prices do not include what it will cost for you to bring an item into your country.
We work normal business hours monday thru friday- so if for some reason you e-mail us at 3 in the morning, please don't expect us to get back to you till a decent hour. (eastern standard time).

IF YOU DO NOT INTEND ON BUYING AN ITEM- DO NOT BID ON IT !!! DUE TO THE NEW- HIGH VOLUME OF BIDDERS CHANGING THEIR MINDS AFTER AUCTIONS HAVE ENDED, I WILL NOW HOLD YOU TO YOUR BID. IF YOU BID ACCIDENTALLY - YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR OWN BID BEFORE END OF AUCTION.
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SHIPPING OPTIONS- DO NOT BID !!! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SHIPPING QUOTE- DO NOT BID !!! I WILL NOT CHANGE A SHIPPING OPTION OR PRICE BECAUSE YOU SAY SO, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. SO I REPEAT- IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE OPTIONS OR QUOTES- DO NOT BID !!!
YES, I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. PLEASE WAIT FOR A REVISED INVOICE SENT TO YOU AFTER BIDDING HAS ENDED.
All items are sold "AS-IS". All items must be assumed used and untested unless otherwise noted. We accept returns only if the item was not as described. Buyer must return the item within 10 days; buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping costs at all.
*Please take notice to the change in SHIPPING COSTS. If your shipping quote looks outrageous it is due to the fact that most packages (especially Priority mail)are now calculated by weight, size of package AND DISTANCE. Please be aware that this is the US Postal Service, not us. Our handling fee and insurance is usually always calculated into your quote. And I now will usually offer Parcel Post or Media Mail as an alternative depending on the item.
Please do not ask for a reserve price or for us to end an auction early. The whole idea is to bid...
