Thank you for taking the time to view my page. I hope you will take the time to look at my feedback and rest assured that I am a reliable, reputable Ebay Seller (and Buyer occasionally).
I have recently received a couple of negative feedbacks, which greatly distresses me...but it seems there is little I can do about it. Both cases were where someone bid and won my item and then never paid and never responded to my emails. With the first one, I waited a LONG time before leaving negative feedback for the buyer...and then they left me negative feedback with a sarcastic remark "thank you for the great feedback". Unfortunately I waited too long and now cannot even report this buyer for non-payment (have learned something).
With the second buyer, I had not yet left any feedback and when I tried to report the unpaid item, found out I had to wait longer (some period of days) before I could make the report. Then I say their negative feedback (said I was a "very bad ebayer") - which I replied to in order to tell my side.
I would be happy to hear from anyone if there is any concern about these instances or if you have any experience with this kind of thing and have any advice to offer.
