I have been selling Ebay since July 1999. I started out selling books and audio books. This came from my own interest in reading and listening to audio books. Next, I added jewelry, which I also happen to love! Over the past year, I've discovered some very pretty Lia Sophia and Cookie Lee jewelry and decided I would also sell it at more affordable prices.

I am proud to be an honest seller. Over the past year, I have done more buying on Ebay. While some sellers are very good, I have found just as many who have misrepresented merchandise. Anyone can make a mistake. However, when a seller tells you something is new and you get it used, this is not just a mistake. When merchandise is very damaged and you can tell it wasn't damaged in the mail, or you get an empty package, this is really bad. I know how it feels to be in this position, because it has happened to me as a buyer. As a seller and a buyer, this is completely unacceptable to me. As a seller,I do my best to give really good service to my customers. I certainly never would misrepresent anything. If I say it is new and sealed, it is. If I say jewelry is new with a tag, that's what you can expect. And if there is a problem, I won't ignore your emails, I will answer them and do my best to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. I care about selling quality merchandise and having an honest business.
