WELCOME!!! I am a long time user of Mary Kay products and I am very knowledgeable about them. If you have questions or need help determining what you could best benefit from, please email me. I am not a consultant, but I know many current and former consultants who need to liquidate for various reasons. I inspect every item and I do not sell used products. If an item is expired, I will mention it. Although most products do not have dimished quality after expiration.  99% of my products are fresh, anyway.  And sometimes I do have that discontinued item that you may be looking for!

I am dedicated to excellent customer service and want to do all I can to earn your repeat and exclusive business. In regards to my recent negative feedback

Due to my relatively small number of feedback comments, the few negatives I have received have left quite an impression and I would like to clarify the situation. I am honest and not trying to make excuses, but I want to explain.

OCT 2008~I received 7 negatives from 1 buyer who is a competitor. I beleive she purchased from me only to hurt my reputation, because my prices were lower than hers and at that time I had stellar feedback. Her comments were dishonest and her emails very rude and hypocritical. After she left the comments, I received countless emails fro other buyers and sellers who had similar experiences with this same seller, and those uninvolved who simply saw it was intentional. I did research and discovered that she has left many negative comments for other sellers who sell Mary Kay. We grouped together and tried to get ebay to remove these slanderous and dishonest comments, but ebay makes a lot of moeny off of her and doesn't seem to care that she is hurting the "little people". Please, disregard these comments and feel free to research yourself. It is quite apparent.

DEC 2008~My next negative came from a lady whose item was indeed sent out late. It was completley my fault, simply an oversight. But I contacted her first, and told her of my error. She was very nice and seemed to be fine with it. As an apology I sent extra products. Imagine my surprise when she left that comment. While I did make a mistake, it was a relatively small one, and considering all I did to make it up to her, I feel her comment was unnecessary.

JAN 2009~Lastly, I received a few negs for items were delayed and I understand customers being disappointed. However, we had abnormal weather where I live which included huge amounts of snow (it almost never snows here) followed by a huge melt off resulting in record flooding. I was stranded at home during the snow and I could do a little driving around during the flooding, but I live on a hill surrounded by rivers and creeks, so I was pretty much cut off from mail for quite some time. Right after the flooding, a very close friend became sick and was in the hospital before she passed away. We were out of town for another 5 days. These chain of events are not what a person can plan for. Overwhelming is an understatement and I was unable to keep up. I tried to keep my buyers informed as best I could, but due to the weather my satellite internet was not available all of the time. I sent every buyer multiple emails explaining the situation. I asked whether they wanted refunds or to wait it out. The majority of my customers were quite undertsanding, but there were a couple who were not.

I am truly sorry for the delays my customers experienced, and I understand that some will be disappointed. I just wish that more people were a little more undertsanding. I certainly am when I receive a late payment because of a sudden job loss, or family emergency. Anyway, all of my customers have received the packages that they stated were not received when they left the feedback. Life is back to normal now and there is no reason to expect any further delays at all. If you set aside these negatvie marks and read the positive ones, you will see very happy customers who repeatedly comment on my fast shipping. I hope you will give me another chance.  =)
