General Stuff
First off, thanks for considering us! We appreciate your business. We work hard finding obscure & what we consider "interesting" or "must-have" items we think you'll want.

Before Buying
Please be sure of what you're buying from us before you do so.

Contacting Us
We get a ton of emails, but we answer them all - unless they're rude. In which case we ignore them. It may take us a couple days to get to your request but as long as you don't hide your email from us, we do answer them all.

Descriptions/Condition
We make every attempt to detail condition as close as we can. Conditions shown on our listings often read as 'Acceptable'. The truth is less than 3% of out

Pictures
We sell mostly media items. eBay's system uses stock pictures for most media items. We will not be held responsible for differences in our item & eBay's stock pictures, especially when they change them! If you need to verify something please do it before buying. We're here to anser questions. We are aware not all items have pictures. We are working on this. Again, please ask any questions before purchasing.

Packing
We spend a great deal of time (and money) packing your items better than the rest! That's just one reason you should choose us over the others!

Shipping & Handling - Rates & Information
Disclaimer: The quoted rates on all of our listings are for USPS Media Mail as a default due to eBay's system & the software we use to list. Not all items can be sent via Media Mail. We ship as quickly as possible; usually within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding most holidays & all postal holidays). We are a small company. Delays can happen. If you need something quicker please conatact us.

Payments
As per eBay's rules we only accept PayPal. All shipping addresses must be confirmed. No exceptions.

Buyers located outside the USA, we welcome all of you. As a default our listings are not currently set up to accept international buyers. We do this so you are aware of our terms prior to buying.

With few exceptions, we will ship anywhere in the world that PayPal accepts although our default eBay setting is to not accept international buyers without being approved first. In most cases, if you are an eBayer with a positive history we will sell to you.

To buy from us internationally:
1. You must email us through eBay to be approved.
2. You must have a solid record on eBay to buy from us. Newbies will no feedback, or too few feedbacks, will not be accepted.
3. Your PayPal address must be confirmed. If it is not confirmed and you buy from us we will reject payment, less restocking fees and or report you to eBay.
4. You must pay for USPS Express Mail + the greater of $5 or a 10% handling fee.

We do not accept returns from international buyers for any reason.

The LNFmusic Guaratee is: If there is a problem, we will work with you to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers so that negative feedback is never necessary. We strive only for positive feedback & positive transactions, but know that although we are fair & reasonable people ahead of time that we will fully protect ourselves against unscrupulous people looking to cheat the system.

Bottom Line: We want you, the customer, to be happy. In the rare event that there is a problem, please refer to the following & we'll get it straightened out.

Return Rules & Policy
We accept returns on most items depeding on the circumstances. If a problem should occur do not just send the item(s) back or write "rejected" on it. We will not honor returns that are simply returned or rejected because you changed your mind.

If you wish to return something, first contact us & tell us what's wrong. Before you send something back, you need to understand the following:

1. Item(s) must be returned within: 7 days, no exceptions
2. In all cases, refunds will be given as Merchandise Credit even if determined to be SNOD*

Returns are accepted in most cases but there are limitations. Qualifying returns will cover the amount paid by you less all associated selling fees, shipping costs & a 20% restocking fee with a minumum of $5.00.

We do not reimburse you for or accept returns for damaged items during shipping unless insurance is paid; we pack everything quite adequately.

We are not responsible for postal delays. We ship Media Mail in most cases; if you require another service, please contact us first. No exceptions to any of these policies.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The current restocking fee 20% of the buy price with a minumum of $5.00. Refunds do not reflect original shipping paid, return shipping costs, or eBay selling fees.

*SNOD, or Significantly Not As Described - A case when an item is Significantly Not As Described is beyond rare with us. We go to great lengths to detail condition. Wev'e been doing this for a long time now. Obviously most people are happy so we must be doing something right. Differences of opinion do not count here. If you're concerned as to a condition detail or are a super picky buyer, ask before buying.


Return Limitations:
We do not accept returns from international buyers.
New/Sealed items cannot be returned if opened under any circumstance.


Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders, shipped or not, are treated as returns & must be restocked & relisted. All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee. The current restocking fee is 15% of the buy price + eBay selling fees. Restocking fee must be made via PayPal. If you do not pay the restocking fee your order will be reported to eBay for non-payment.


Non-Payment
Unlike many sellers, we do not require immediate payment for items. However, we require payment within a few days of purchase. It's not set in stone, but it should be reasonable not more than a week. We rarely send payment reminders. We do not have time to email you to find out if/when you plan to pay for the item you bought. We file Unpaid Bidder Reporrts to eBay for all items not paid for. If this happens to you, it will affect your eBay status & could possibly close you eBay account permanently.
