Pawns Plus, Arizona's largest Pawn Shop, is pleased to do business with you. With 5 locations
statewide, we also sell nationawide via EBay. We list numerous items weekly - often with 99 cent opening
bids and NO reserves!
Our items are aquired through the general public, so most are in used condition. We test items prior to
listing to ensure quality. On occasion we recieve new, unused merchandise as well.
PAYMENT
Due in our posession within 7 days of auction end. Payable via money orders/cashiers checks only,
unless otherwise stated in listing.

HOW CAN I PAY? DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE?No.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL? On the rare occasion we do, 'paypal accepted' will be listed in auction
description in addition to a paypal link on the lower left side of listing. In most cases though, PayPal
ISN'T accepted.
WHATS THE TOTAL? WHERE DO I SEND PAYMENT? Grand total = high bid + shipping/handling cost as
calculated on bottom right hand side of listing. OR, if you're local, high bid + in store handling fee
as stated on listing.

SHIPPING
We ship via UPS ground mail, which is guaranteed within 3-5 business days. Do know that UPS doesn't
service our area on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Items are sent Monday - Thursday.

THIS ITEM SAYS LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. WHAT'LL IT COST TO SHIP IT TO ME? We're NOT responsible for
any labor/packaging/freighting involved with these items, and therefore don't offer quotes. Buyers must
make these arrangements on their own. For such services we recomend Freight Quote.

Full insurance coverage is mandatory for all packages. Insurance rates are determined by value. See

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up on all items is allowed. Pick up's are subject to an in store handling fee (stated in
listing), and subject to sales tax. Despite this, it's less expensive than shipping.

DOES THE ITEM WORK? DOES IT COME WITH __________ ? Item conditions are described to the best of
our abilities in listing itself, including any flaws which may exist. All accessories included in
auction are described and/or depicted.
HOW 'BOUT A BUY IT NOW PRICE? OR CAN I BUY THIS DIRECTLY FROM YOU? We don't offer buy it now's,
and making private offers on auctions is not only against EBay policy, but unfair to other bidders.

IF ITEM DOESN'T WORK, CAN I RETURN IT? All used items are sold as is. Therefore sales are
final.

Be responsible when you bid!!! When in doubt, ask questions before bidding; if you decide
against item after you've won it, you're still obligated to pay.
Serious bids only. Not keeping your word is unfair to us as well as other bidders, violates EBay

Members with zero feedback must email us their contact info and a note of intent to bid BEFORE
BIDDING. International bidders and members with -1 feedback or worse prohibited.
Winning bids, shipping, and insurance are non-negotiable.
Due to a small staff, we do a lot of multi tasking, so sometimes it's takes a while to post feedback.
