EBW Coin

We have been on eBay since July, 1996. Actually, it has been longer than that. We have been doing business on the internet since 1992.

We attend all the local (New England) shows and have professional wholesale buyers working for us Nationwide. We try to bring you the "meat-and-potatoes" collectible coins at a fair, and affordable price. We also pay the highest prices for your collection, from $1 to $1,000,000! Please take a look at our merchandise and give us a try.

We generally do not do much describing in our listings. We encourage you to look at the scan and email us if you have any questions. In most cases, we will mention major problems that do not appear in the scan.

  • Any special instructions or terms listed in the eBay item description take precedence over any terms listed here.
  • We can ship other methods including overnight, priority mail, or FedEx. Please contact us before you pay and we will adjust your invoice accordingly if you would like to make alternate shipping arrangements.
  • Attributions - We do our best to properly attribute items to the various reference materials. You should double check before the return privilege runs out.
  • Items paid for with paypal or credit cards usually ship within 3 business days, however, this can be slightly longer if we are at a major coin show.
  • We only ship to the confirmed shipping and billing addresses given to us by PayPal, or your Credit Card. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% state sales tax on sales under $1,000.00.
  • Outside the US
    • We do not lie to customs, so please do not ask.
    • Shipping is normally via Registered Air Mail, however, other shipping options may be available for an extra cost. Please contact us before you pay if you'd like to arrange alternate shipping.
    Return Policy
    • Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items have a 7 day No Questions Asked return policy. (US and Canada Only -- International All Sales Final)
    • You must email us or call us with your intent to return an item. We will REFUSE packages sent back to us without prior notification.
    • Items removed from original holders are considered sold. Most items are shipped in 2x2 flips for inspection with a tamper-proof label over the staple. DO NOT tamper with the label, the flip, or the staple, we will send the coin back and NO refund. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. This is a standard, industry procedure.
    • Multiple piece lots are sold as lots and must be returned as such.
    • We do not refund shipping costs.
    • Items paid for via paypal will be refunded via paypal.
    • Items paid for with a MasterCard/Visa will be refunded via the same.
    • Bidders not responding to us or sending payment within 15 days of the end of the auction, will forfeit their bid and return privilege.
    Combining Multiple Item Purchases
    • We will be happy to save you shipping fees by combining items purchased over a 7 day period.
    • You must send us ONE payment for all your items through our check out. Do not send us multiple payments and ask us to combine shipping, refund excess shipping, etc, we will not.
