Hi there! My name is Lara Duhon. I am an experienced silk-floral designer who specializes in creating stunning bridal bouquets and accompanying wedding flower arrangements for the discriminating bride.

I have worked with brides for many years (most recently with a large-scale, web-based wedding flower company). Now I am building my own business so that I can better serve my brides with the best, one-on-one attention and care available.

The most fun thing about my job is working with happy couples during one of the most exciting times of their lives.

I use the finest, highest-quality artificial and silk flowers I can find, but strive to provide them at an affordable price. My standards of quality are very high, so I do not use discount-store or lightweight-silk products. (Though these cheaper flowers might photograph okay, they won't look as good in real life. Even some expensive flowers don't look that good under careful scrutiny. I am very picky when choosing all of my materials.)

I work very hard to ensure that all your flower arrangements are built using sturdy construction techniques. Your bouquet will stay together even if you are traveling to a destination wedding or storing your flowers until your big day.

I create custom designs and can work from your directions or from a photo. I do customized packages, both large and small. So that you know exactly what you are getting, I will send photos of all the arrangements before I ship. E-mail at info@loveandlilacs.com for quotes.
