Custom Quantity and Sample Order
Please email us with your custom quantity request and we will add a custom listing for you. Custom quantity order could be as low as one if you wish to order a sample product. However, custom orders of less than a full case quantity (48, 80, 96 or 200 depending on products) may increase the per item price for certain items.
Sales Tax
Virginia residents are required to pay 5% sales tax.
Payment Info
Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money order and Cashier check.
Shipping Info
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all orders. We only ship to US, Canada and United Kingdom at the moment. Please note UPS does not ship to any P.O. Box address. The cheapest shipping method from UPS is UPS ground for US destinations. It could take 7 to 10 business days to ship your order depending on your locations. Therefore, we recommend you place an order with us at least three weeks before your event. Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.
For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.
We will always combine shipping. If you have purchased multiple items from us, please notify us by email at lovelyweddingfavors@yahoo.com, we will invoice you with the correct shipping amount. If you fail to allow us to invoice you and you make multiple payments, payments will not be refunded for a combined shipping rate.
Product Availability
At the time of listing, products are in stock and ready for shipment. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning. Although these times are very rare, and every effort is made to avoid this, if this should occur you will have a choice of receiving a full immediate refund or be placed on back order. These refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original payment. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of every item, we ask that you please send payment at the close of the auction. If you delay your payment, there is a chance that the item you purchased will no longer be available for immediate shipment.
Return/Damages
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that customized orders, personalized orders, engraved products, perishable products, confectionery merchandise, and international orders are not returnable. Please return orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the items were received by you. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Under no circumstances is shipping refundable. The customer is also responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
If something should arrive damaged, we will gladly send you replacements. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground shipping. We recommend ordering your merchandise 3 weeks prior to your event.
All damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
