Shipping Info Although my shipping prices are quite fair, I still get the occasional buyer who still thinks they are too high and that they are somehow getting ripped off and that I must be getting rich from it. The cost of shipping does not just stop at the actual postage. I also have to purchase envelopes and bubble wrap. There is also the ink, paper and gas. If you are still not convinced there is also the matter of the high fees I pay to eBay and paypal, which results in them getting about 20% sometimes even more. They definitely get a bigger cut than I get. While the cost of packaging may not be significant to some sellers they are too me because of the inexpensive cost of my items. Sixty cents to a dollar in packaging costs is greatly minimal when a person sells an item that costs $50 or more, but at just $2 for an item that is significant amount especially when you add in the cost of my other fee’s and the actual cost of the item that I pay. Product Info The makeup that I purchase is usually shelf pulls, overstocks and closeouts items, but I also do get items that are factory packed as well. Because of this some of the items may have damaged or missing cards and/or boxes. Some of the actual cosmetic containers may also be blemished too, but the makeup itself is intact unless otherwise specified. If this is an issue to you please feel free to contact me and ask if the particular item you want has any blemishes. Just keep in mind when you purchase, you are able to get this big discount because of the fact they have been in many cases removed from the shelves of other stores. If the item was discontinued you can pretty much depend on the fact that it is not going to be very fresh, but it does not usually affect the performance, but of course depending on what it is, it may affect the quality and integrity of the item. If any of this bothers you, you may want to consider paying full price from your favorite store. Depending on the type of store it is as well as other factors you may be purchasing items that have sat around for years especially bargain stores because they get their makeup from the same sources I get mine except that you may be paying even more for it. Mystery/Personal Lot Info I offer a variety of listings and auctions that are of mystery types-- meaning that each one is different and items will be selected based upon the buyers needs. Most of these sales have been very good and both sides have been very pleased. I ask what you want and need and you let me know within reason. I will then select the items accordingly. I am not a mind reader though so if you do not let me know what you want I may not be able to choose the items that you normally would. I want you to be very happy with your order and all that I ask is that you let me know what you want and that you select within reason. I have only had a couple of instances when someone was not happy. It can be upsetting because I know I give much more than many sellers and most will not even consider what your needs are. I include extras and a gift so the couple of times when someone was not pleased I associated it with greed. Fortunately this has been rare and it was obvious by reading the feedbacks that they gave to others that they were difficult people, hard to please and greedy. Transaction & Error Info I would never intentionally deceive anyone, but I am human and I do make mistakes sometimes, just like you. If I have made an error on your order or you have any issue or question please let me know. I will be more than happy to assist you in a friendly manner; bilaterally I would hope to be notified in the same manner. I treat everyone with respect and I like to be treated that way too. I am easy to get along with and I am very understanding. I ship orders out quickly; on the same day when possible otherwise it is the next business day. I also always add a gift with every order, my way to say thank-you and to offset the shipping a little. Feedback & DSR info I usually leave feedback after it is left for me as this is the easiest way that assures me that you have received your order and you are pleased. I strive for positive feedback as well as 5 stars. If you feel that you did not receive 5 star service please let me know before you leave feedback and let me know what I can do to fix it. Anything less than 4.9 stars I lose some of my discount. My discount saves you more money as I pass all the savings and then some on to you. If it goes below I am forced to recuperate the difference and my prices must go up. Although this may not matter to some, it does to others especially when they can see that I truly do try to offer good and honest service. If I fail in anyway just let me know and I can fix that. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and you can count on the fact that your repeat business will be regarded well and future buyers will appreciate the additional savings.
