Hi! I just wanted to tell you a little about me.  I am a South Texas girl, born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX.  A country girl at heart, I have lived on a ranch with horses, dogs, cattle, ducks and, yes, pigs.   My son raised show pigs during his high school years and did quite well at the FFA auctions.  It was quite an adventure. Have your ever tried to walk a pig? We had to do this daily to obtain maximum muscle mass.  I also rode horses on the South Texas trail ride for many years and did performances in rodeos with an all female drill team.

At the end of 1999, we moved to Houston, where I now live.  I work in downtown Houston at a full time job and do this as a part-time job for the moment. I plan to retire in a few years and do my E-Bay full time.  It has been fun and a real experience learning to buy and sell on here.  I scour the city and neighboring areas for my merchandise. I really enjoy getting out and talking to people.  My husband says I never meet a stranger.  I also like to put a little personal touch to my sales by including a note of appreciation for the sale. I picked the name Turtles Antiques Collectibles and More because my sister had just given me two little turtles for my fish tank. They inspired the Turtle portion of the name and since I like Antiques and Collectibles, it seemed to just fit. I hope you enjoy my auction and store items.
