#1 Item as Described...We will describe everything honestly and accurately.
#2 Communication...We will communicate with you promptly should you have any questions or problems. You will also get a shipping notification.
#3 Shipping Time...We ship 6 days a week. Every order ships same day or next day. We usually ship Priority Mail. That being said, please don't ding our stars due to the fact it took USPS a little longer to get to you. We should be judged on how fast we shipped it, not how long it took to arrive. Overseas customers, I'm talking to you. lol
#4 Shipping & Handling Charges...We don't charge any handling fees. Every item is listed with an accurate weight in the shipping calculator. You are charged exactly what it cost us to ship the item to you. If for some reason you are overcharged on shipping, you will promptly be refunded the difference.
Now a plea to our buyers...please don't ding our stars. We pay listing and final value fees on every item we sell. Ebay bases our fees on our stars. If you ding our stars, we have to pay higher fees. Please help us keep our stars high in return for excellent customer service.
