Shop Vintage, preserve History!
2008, finally getting ready to list some of my crystal world. We dug at 2 mines last Fall. I really hate parting with them. I love things that sparkle like diamonds!
March, 2007! I am very excited! I am planning a road trip to the crystal mines in Arkansas and beyond! Will stop at Crater of Diamonds! Ya never know:-) It has been a long and rough recovery for 3 years so I praise The Lord He gave me the abilities to GO this year! So, as I am so optimistic, I WILL LIST SOME TERRIFIC FINDS HERE when I return! Yes I am yelling, LOL! I'll be taking my laptop with to check in unless I am knee deep in red clay!(oooooh, I love it! Vintage Tip "What is Bakelite"?
"Bakelite"
A trademark used for any of a group of synthetic resins and plastics found in a variety of manufactured articles.
So be not deceived, it's a resin/plastic and oh so pretty when Vintage! Do you think it got it's name because it Bakes Lite???
About me:
I love antiques and vintage items. I stock
in weekly. I do all my own foot work and pay as I go. My home is a smoke free home. ALL my items bought are washed the best to my ability. You receive them cleaned again even if an item looked clean when I buy it. I hand wash my items & what is safe in the dishwasher goes in the dishwasher as to sterilize it. My items come to you clean!
No imports, no freebies. It is very
exciting! I do my homework searching out my items before posting a price or beginning bid and I do stay below, the best to my knowledge, what I find selling at other sites as to begin with a fair bidding or buy now price.
I am a Rock-hound at heart when life
permits.
So you will see some beautiful
minerals/crystals up for Auction that I dug myself along with an array of Vintage items.
Please check back when I hit the Mother load and put some on my eBay ;-)
I love Art, Oils, pastels basically working with any media.
I will not have enough time in my life time to do all I would love to do. I have a passion for life but hey, I'm getting older & slower, as my Mother said, "It's a good life if you don't weaken" oh how true! First in my life is God, Jesus Christ, His Holy spirit, the rest falls in place. The Bible is about the only book I read, I learn more & more, just can't get enough:-)
I try to be an honest person and that carries over into my work here and in everything I do. So if you're not a happy buyer, please let me know. We will cure that :-)
I want YOU happy so please email me with
your questions. Thank you for reading about me and please
do come back to see my latest. Jeanne
