Thanks for visiting my page!
I am not a a brick and mortar store, just a regular guy cleaning out the attic and dabbling in collectibles and hot deals that I find. Right now, most all the stuff you see are my personal possessions that need to go. I gotta admit though, it is fun to do.
As I gain more experience selling online, I see a need for me to state how I do business for the benefit of both of us. I try to keep things simple.
.
Business Practices
Every item I sell is “AS IS” and without any warranty of any kind. I do my best to accurately describe every item so that you can buy with confidence. Win – Win, that’s what it’s all about.
Most always you will find me very flexible and accommodating. So if there are any special circumstances or alternate terms you would like to propose please ask by sending me an email. I certainly will consider it. I may have to re-quote you, but at least we will both be on the same page if you are the successful bidder. This must be done before you bid and before the auction closes.
Once the auction closes or after you bid, I will never negotiate anything on any of my auctions. Price or terms. The price is the price and the terms are the terms. I feel that my ads are straight forward, give all of the facts and my prices are fair. By placing a bid, I assume you have read and understand everything in the ad. Your bid is the complete agreement to those terms as well as the price. If you don’t agree or think you can get me to change it later, I would say, DON’T BID because you will be disappointed.
Shipping
On shipping, in legal mumbo jumbo, everything is shipped FOB Shipping Point. In regular guy terms that means, I will not guarantee the performance of the USPS, UPS, FEDEX or anyone else. Ownership of the item passes to you once I give it to the shipper and any loss or damage is between you and them. I am out of it. I do keep proof that I shipped the item and will assist you with that in any claim that you may have. This is the same policy that Sears, Penney’s Cabela’s or any other mail order or internet retailer has (it’s in the fine print). That is why insurance is so darn important and why I preach and offer it on all auctions. I do package securely but please, protect yourself anyway.
Returns
On returns, you don’t like them, neither do I. Sometimes it will happen, but I try and make it easy. If you are not happy, simply send me an email within 3 days of receiving it so we can discuss it. If a return is in order, I will promptly refund your money (less shipping and handling) once I have received the item. The item has to be in the condition that I sent it in with all accessories and original packaging (if any). You have to pay the postage back. I must have the item back within 10 days. Returns or refunds will not be authorized for damages during shipment or lost packages.
Payments
Finally on payments. Payments are due within 7 days after the close of the auction. The sooner I get paid, the sooner you will receive your item. If for any reason you won’t be able to make the deadline, please, please, please communicate. I’m very accommodating if I know what is going on.
Thank you and happy bidding!!!
