Luna Bordella's Burlesque Goth Shop was born of two things: a love for particular fashion/lifestyles and an overwhelming urge to be free from a corporate existence under "The Man." By day, I work in the publishing world. I sit in front of a computer screen for anywhere from eight to twelve hours a day, slaving to fill the coffers of some ingrate whose guesthouse is larger than the loving home I share with my husband and four cats. But that's OK. As "Moonstruck's" Cosmo says, "Everything in life is temporary!"

This is a growing enterprise. It is my hope that it will expand to satisfy many diverse tastes and become a full-time venture--a labor of love, so to speak. Please let me know your suggestions, requests, feedback, etc.

Luna Bordella's commitments and interests span a wide spectrum of things, including but not exclusive to (in no particular order): literature, poetry, bellydance, Wicca, burlesque, motorcyle riding, jewelry making, graphic design, event planning, editing, karate, Japanese swordfighting, interior design, music of all flavors, Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, wine tasting, lunchbox collecting, candle making, Tarot, all things bat, all things owl, Halloween/Samhain collecting and entertaining ... The list goes on ...
