Welcome to the LUVALIBRARY page!

 Everyone knows libraries are operated through taxes, and we are no exception. Many of them have gone searching for ways to supplement the little 'extra' programs, like Summer Reading for the kids, visits from poets and authors, and all that sort of fun. The Lamar Public Library was introduced to the wonders of eBay by a patron/library volunteer, and the results have been wonderful! It means more great books for sale on eBay and extra funding for the library! Please be assured that all of the proceeds of these eBay sales goes to the library and its programs--none to individuals!

Got a favorite charity of your own?

 eBay allows a seller to have more than one account, providing there is no exchange of bids, feedback, or any similar data. All you need is a different email address--one from a free mail service will do just fine. You too can start a separate seller account to help your church or organization! Why not give it a try?

This is the Lamar Public Library.



Lamar, Colorado (pop. approx. 9000) is the largest town for a two hour drive in any direction, so you can imagine how important our library is to us!
