     Those involved with Whistle Stop Toys will accomplish this with the use of any means they are capable of.  Some may shout across rooftops, others will speak softly allowing the breeze to carry the message, some will deliver the ideas through written correspondence and some will use the latest technological portals to reach people at the speed of light.  The use of any communication needs will not be overlooked, left unnoticed or discouraged.
