Payment policy
We accept PayPal & Credit Card payments through our online retailer CCNow.com (USA - 100% SSL secure payment gateway). The buyer will receive an invoice with payment instructions to his email (sometimes it routed to junk mail). This is the preferred method for most of our buyers. Money orders and T/T (wire bank transfer) are accepted. Personal checks and cashier checks are accepted as well but needs approx 6 weeks for collection here in Egypt. For purchases exceeding 250$ payment is required by money order or T/T (wire bank transfer).
Shipping information
We ship via standard flat rate international shipping which normally arrives in 7 - 12 days, this is very reliable and economical. Other shipping methods are available upon request.
Return policy
Return is item dependent, however the main guidelines are: The item should be returned within 7 days. The item should return in original packaging. Refunds by personal checks and does not include shipping charges.
