It has come to my attention May 30, 2002 that the Mac-Star account had been hacked. All auctions have been nulled and stopped on EBay's initiative, and I have regained control. Bids on fake or stolen items between NOV 2001-MAY 2002 are invalid. If you lost money, it's in your interest to contact the authorities; Post Master General's mail Fraud Department, the FBI Division of Interstate Commerce, and an Attorney to legally resolve your issues.
Mac-Star, or RAM Remarketing Services did not sell you any items of any kind during that period of time, and therefore has absolutely no responsibility or liability for any losses.
Do not leave feedback relative to your losses, scams or bad deals to Mac-Star - IF YOU DO I will reply with a NEGATIVE and Complaint to Ebay). It was Ebay that noted to me that my account was hacked, they nulled and stopped all fake auctions, and they have and will removed all nasty feedback some of you are posting. Talk to Ebay and the authorities, don't send me nasty emails or they can be used against you for defamation of character at legal proceedings.
Do not email with questions pertaining to the Hacker or asking me to help resolve the issues by refunding funds, etc., etc.; Mac-Star has no knowledge, email addresses and phone #'s for this hacker, no legal advice for you, no liability or responsibility for your losses to a criminal. Contact Ebay, "it's their servers and services that were hacked into", the authorities, and a lawyer directly to resolve your issues.
