INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we will not ship items internationally as a gift or declare a lower value than what an item is sold for. If this is a problem for you please do not bid or buy! All international buyers are responsible for any dutys and taxes. We don't know what they will cost so please don't ask. Contact your local customs office for those rates.

Returns are NOT accepted on used items. Returns are allowed on new items within 7 days from the time the buyer recieves the item. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed if the item is not in new condition with all packing materials and accessories when recieved back. INSURANCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT IS RECOMMENDED!! Also, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if an item is returned to us for either a refund or due to the shipment being refused or non-deliverable. In the case of a shipment being refused or non-deliverable a restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases (new and used items).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: if you return an item for ANY reason shipping we will refund only the purchase price. Shipping costs both ways are the buyers responsibility.

We will only ship to Italy and France using USPS Global Express Mail or UPS - no exceptions. We have shipped several items to both countries with USPS Airmail and have had extremely slow service. Other countries (ie Canada, the UK, Sweden, etc) have not been an issue, but for some reason, Italy and France have been terribly slow and sometimes even lost with USPS Airmail.

Also, please note - when shipping internationally, the buyer is solely responsible to send us their correct shipping information. We assume NO responsibility if you don't provide us with the correct address. If an item is shipped back to Macdaddy Music, we will expect the buyer to pay for both the return postage and for the postage to reship the item. If we do make a mistake when applying the address and the package is mis-shipped, we'll work out a fair solution with the buyer.

We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service, but have recently started using UPS for most larger items. Please contact us if you have questions on the cost and type of service.

Also, please note that we will not accept payments sent through the mail from non-USA buyers. We'll take Paypal, Western Union, Bidpay, Moneygram or direct bank transfers as payment methods from international buyers. If you have questions on any of these methods, please let us know.

We sell a lot of different items and there's a good chance I'll be able to help you find that piece of gear you're looking for at a fair price. Please include as many specifics as possible in your email. IE - specific model number, condition (new, mint, excellent, etc) any extra's you want (ie you want a hard case with a guitar - not just a guitar), and the price you're willing to pay (for the item and shipping).
