About me ... I have 4 beautiful children, two girls, Mia and Angelica & two boys, Dillon and Dominic.
Hence the name: MAD4couture
I love to shop, & my taste exceeds my budget for the most part, so I have discovered this amazing idea... that I can afford to buy all these clothes if I just sold them as my kids outgrew them! So... I really only end up paying a fraction of the retail cost! & My husband loves & appreciates that! So its a win/win & everyone's happy! My weaknesses are H&M, Knuckleheads, Gymboree, Justice, and Baby Gap for the 2 little ones, and Hollister, Abercrombie and VS Pink for the 2 older ones. I am a fanatic about keeping the clothes I buy in pristine condition so I can resell them. All of my clothing is washed on delicate & hand wash cycles & line dried, so the quality stays the same as it was when new. Or darn near close!
As far as selling, I take great pride in the items I sell. I would not ever sell anything I wouldn't buy! I am honest & fair & will work hard to accomodate my buyers needs. I always reply to any questions within the hour, if not immediately, so please contact me if you have any comment or question big or small! My feedback is very important to me & I would never jeopardize it by lying to or misleading my customers to make an extra buck. It's just not worth it to me. If an item I am selling has any flaw whatsoever, it will be noted in the description. You can count on it! I am only human, and if a customer is not satisfied -in any way, I am 100% willing to offer a full refund or work it out until they are 110% happy with their purchase. After all, repeat customers are what its all about! Check my feedback, so many return customers must mean I am doing something right.
Important Notice:
I always ship Priority Mail to get the items to their destination as fast as possible. The prices I charge are not inflated, they are what it costs me to ship Priority. So when you are leaving feedback, please remember that you paid for Priority Shipping when you are rating me for the shipping costs in the detailed ratings. Many buyers just look at the shipping price & don't realize that their items were shipped Priority and rate a seller unfairly for this. Personally, I think that particular rating choice should not be an option, since a buyer knows before making a commitment to a purchase exactly what the shipping charges are, and they should not be given the option to rate it in their feedback.
