Shipping Practice: Unless otherwise specified in the item description, we ship 24 to 36 hours after payment is received (excluding Sunday’s). Please note that our shipping and handling charges cover the cost of shipping the item, insurance (when appropriate) and the proper packing materials. We do not attempt to make a profit on shipping and handling. For our Grill and Grill Accessory items there is a 2-3 day average processing time.

Combined Shipping: For most items and where possible, we combine shipping. Specifically, for our Grills and Grill Accessories, combined shipping is not available as these items ship individually in their own packing.

Guarantee and Return Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is our 1st priority. Mad Cow Memories stands behind the quality and value of all our products. We understand that you have many options when purchasing products and believe that if enjoy your experience with Mad Cow Memories that you may visit us again in the future.

After receiving the purchased item, you have 7 days to determine if you don’t believe the item is as represented in the photo/listing. Within those 7 days, if you decide to return the item, please send us a notification email and return the item to us. We will refund your purchase price and shipping (using the same shipping method that we originally used) for any items that are not as represented in the photo/listing. If you determine the item is as represented in the photo/listing, but have changed your mind, you can mail the item for a full refund, less shipping cost within 7 days.
