About Madison Mart: Hi and thanks for taking time to check us out and look at the items we have listed. We are a retired couple working out of our non-smoking home in Oakland County, Michigan. The new and used merchandise we offer comes from various sources such as wholesale distributors, estates and consignments. We set our prices at the lowest margin available to give our wonderful customers the best deal we can. We sell on eBay through auctions and our store. We also have many items (CD's, Movies, Video games, etc.)  listed on half.com.

About shipping: We ship quickly, nearly always by the next day. We normally use USPS Priority mail to get your item to you as soon as possible. On certain items we offer USPS First Class or Media Mail shipping to reduce your shipping cost. We know that shipping is expensive and sometimes can cost more than the item itself! We do our best to keep your costs down when we can. We do add a modest $1.50 handling fee to every order to offset shipping, handling and packaging costs. We may also add an additional amount to the handling fee to cover shipping insurance on breakable items. When we do, it will be disclosed in the listing.

Customer service: Question? Problem with your order? Please contact us via the eBay messaging system. We received hundreds of emails weekly and may miss yours if you try to send an email. Sending an eBay message is the best way to make sure we get your communication. We are proud of our customer service. If you are not sure about something in one of our listings, please ask us before buying. We are not experts on all of the things we sell, but we'll do our best to give you as much information about the item as we can. If we don't know - we'll tell you!
