    My husband and I have been running a wholesale distributing company since 1965 selling to major department stores, cable home shopping channels, discount stores, wholesalers and jewelers. My husband has been traveling the globe for 40 years, importing and manufacturing in large quantities directly from all over the world, while I was in charge of orders and customer relations. I have been very successful on eBay, with many thanks to my wonderful customers. I have since then expanded and opened two more sites on eBay, LaScalaUSA and Bargain-Market.   • DOMESTIC (USA)HIGH BIDDER NOTIFICATION: After the auction has ended, the high bidder will automatically receive a inning bidder notificationand send you an email with payment and checkout information and instructions. If you have already paid with Paypal prior to receiving the notice, please disregard the automated message.

  • PAYMENT: As payment we accept Paypal, (shipped to confirmed address only), BidPay, money order or personal checks. Please allow 10-15 business days for checks to clear.

  • INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you wish us to ship outside of the USA, we can! Email us before the auction ends for an estimate of shipping and insurance fees. You can also research shipping methods at the official USPS website: www.usps.com You as the international buyer are responsible for making sure that items purchased are legal for import into your country. We are not responsible for items that may be seized by your country's customs offices. We are not responsible for informing you of import duties or taxes you might have to pay. Please research your country's regulations before you bid. Please email before you bid with any questions.

  • INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT: BidPay or Western Union only. We CAN NOTaccept payment with Paypal from International buyers, and it will be refused. From Canada we can accept Canadian Postal money orders payable in US funds.

  • SHIPPING HANDLING CHARGES & INSURANCE The shipping charge DOES NOT include insurance. Insurance is optional/recommended. If you wish to insurance please add $1.30 [per $50.00 Value] to the shipping charges before sending payment. If you did not pay to insure the item we can not be held responsible for the loss. Once the package leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for it.

  • ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT: If you have paid to insure the item, we will file a claim with the carrier. Claims can ONLY be filed 30 DAYS after shipping, so please be patient, and the claim will be filed. After the 30 day period has lapsed and we have been reimbursed by the carrier we will replace the item. If the item is not available for replacement, we will refund your payment.

  • COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping for items purchased [winning bid] within a 10-day period, from first item to last item. Combined shipping cost will be based on the highest shipping rate per item.

  • RETURN POLICY: Refund given ONLY if item is misrepresented and shipped back within 7 days upon receipt. ALL returns must be authorized, otherwise it will be refused. Item must be returned in original condition. Under certain circumstances where we will go out of our way and will accept a return for a special reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

  • ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHS & ITEM SIZE: Please note that the item in the photographs may be larger or smaller in actuality. The photographs do not represent true size. Please check the description for physical dimensions. Email with any questions.

  • LAY-AWAY: We offer a very flexible layaway plan for items $200.00 or more, with a minimum of 20% down payment at the close of the auction. You have six months to pay off the balance. You set the schedule, and amount to be paid within the six month period. There is no interest or any hidden fees. If the final payment is with a personal check or PayPal e-check we will ship the item when the payment clears. We will hold your item for six months. Make sure that you are willing and able to fulfill your contract, and complete payment within 6 months from date of close of auction. Bear in mind if you do not complete payment in 6 months you will lose your deposit and any subsequent payments you have made. We will not send out reminders, but will give you an additional 30-days grace period to complete your purchase.

  • BUY IT NOW OPTION: If you would like to purchase an item and it does not have a buy it now option, please contact us and we will work with you to revise the listing to a mutually acceptable buy it now so you don have to wait until the auction ends.
