An Explanation:
I am a fabric freak and a textile obsessed. I must have it when I see it, especially if it is vintage. The ideas pour into my head bubbling around and vying for attention. Make me, make me, no wait, this . How about that? And so I purchase the gorgeous bits and pieces of finery and put them with others waiting for the day that they will be turned into something else beautiful and so will find purpose again. I am certain I will hang those drapes, make those art quilts or cover that chair, get into the fabric book plans, deconstruct and reconstruct that vintage clothing, create little bundles of artsy things for other artists. Unfortunately for one reason and another those days of repurposing and creating have not been coming around much for the last few years. I don't stop buying of course because eventually... so this and that come home with me. Consequently I have been taken over by fabric, ribbon, trim, bedspreads, tablecloths, laces, table runners, doilys, curtains, drapes, , vintage clothes, purses, beads, buttons and did I say fabric?
I will never use it all so ebay or etsy is where it well go... until I get to a place where I can create with the little bits and pieces again. Then those will be on ebay and etsy.

At this time my ebay auctions are all about whittling down the odds and ends to make room. Then I can organize my vintage silks and hand beaded trims, as well as other vintage embellishments for your shopping and art making pleasure.
