Many "me" pages are horribly lacking in the personal touch. No information about the seller or buyer at all-- just a bunch of stuffy Terms of Service (which are important, but that doesn't make them any less stuffy). When I buy from ebay, I'm usually very curious about who the sellers and buyers are (it's the stalker inside me), especially when they are rude to me, or try to fraud me. So, if I'm rude to you, now you can learn a little bit about me (and if you think I am rude to you, please understand, I may just be using my clear, blunt, ironic method of communication, so my intention is not to be rude to you):

I am an eBay small fry and still have to work 40 hours a week to survive. I am not profiting with eBay, I'm just clearing my closet. I like long walks on the beach and moonlit evenings that don't make me freeze my buns off! Tom Waits, Fiona Apple, Lee Pace, David Bowie, The Venture Brothers and vampire movies.

I've been around enough to know my way around eBay pretty well and I know my rights. I will not try to fraud you and I would appreciate you not trying to fraud me. I can get pretty nasty if someone is trying to screw me over. Now who is that pretty redhead?

What's my motivation? Well, I need to clean out my closet so I can have room for a humongous bag of packing materials so I can ship you your items safely. Speaking of shipping: I adore USPS because they pick up from my house and all the materials for shipping are free of charge, except for the Styrofoam peanuts that I hoard like a madwoman! I like to use Priority mail (2-3 days) because I hate waiting, and I imagine you do, too. So, pay me fast, so I can get you your stuff and get it out of my closet.

More motivation? Well, I'm a very simple person that is trying to use my means to an end to keep my tiny business afloat. I would be very honored if you visited my website, though it appears eBay may have disabled the link. Just add a dot com to my eBay ID.

So, my stuff. I try to encourage competition by setting low prices, and that is why I am not profiting. At most, I have one person watching an item--AT MOST--and this is discouraging to me, but great for you--less competition. So, I only relist items at the beginning of the month. If you miss something your heart desired, you'll just have to wait until next month or when eBay has a listing sale. However, as I dig more things out of my closet, I will list them immediately, so hopefully I will always have something to tickle your fancy! FYI: If I've listed an item for under a buck, that will be its final listing because I'll be tired of looking at it. After that, it will be scuttled to the donation pile and you will not have another chance at it.
